If your business uses Warid

Sign in and open Channels.
Remove each WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger channel. This deletes its conversations and messages and stops new ones from arriving.
To remove our access to your Facebook account, open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Warid and choose Remove. For WhatsApp, open Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps in Meta Business Suite and remove Warid.

To delete your whole account and workspace, email support@warid.chat from your account's email address. We delete everything within 30 days and reply when it's done.

If you messaged a business that uses Warid

Your conversation belongs to that business, so ask it to delete your messages. Once it removes the conversation or its channel, the messages are deleted from Warid. If the business doesn't respond, email support@warid.chat with the business's name and your phone number or username and we'll help.

إن كانت شركتك تستخدم وارد

سجّل الدخول وافتح القنوات.
احذف كل قناة واتساب أو إنستغرام أو ماسنجر. يحذف ذلك محادثاتها ورسائلها ويوقف وصول رسائل جديدة.
لإلغاء وصولنا إلى حسابك في فيسبوك، افتح في فيسبوك الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← عمليات تكامل الأعمال، واختر Warid ثم إزالة. ولواتساب، افتح في Meta Business Suite إعدادات الأعمال ← عمليات التكامل ← التطبيقات المتصلة وأزل Warid.

ولحذف حسابك ومساحة عملك بالكامل، راسلنا على support@warid.chat من البريد المسجّل في حسابك. نحذف كل شيء خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونبلغك عند الانتهاء.

إن كنت راسلت شركة تستخدم وارد

محادثتك ملك لتلك الشركة، فاطلب منها حذف رسائلك. عندما تحذف المحادثة أو القناة تُحذف الرسائل من وارد. وإن لم تستجب الشركة، راسلنا على support@warid.chat مع اسم الشركة ورقم هاتفك أو اسم المستخدم وسنساعدك.
