Do teammates need access to my Facebook Page?

No. Only the person who connects the Page logs in with Facebook. Everyone else signs in to Warid with their own account and the role you choose.

Why can't I reply after 7 days?

Messenger lets a business reply for 24 hours after the customer's last message, or for 7 days when a person writes the reply. After that the customer needs to message you first.

Can I see which teammate replied?

Yes. Every reply in the chat shows who sent it, and replies from the AI are marked as AI.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The dashboard works on phones too, with full-screen chats and a tab bar at the bottom.
